Information you provide

The request form asks for a service, location, name, email, optional phone, description and permission to contact you. The assistant also offers a separate domain-interest path. Share only information useful for the request; do not include sensitive personal details.

Drafts in this tab

The form and assistant keep drafts in sessionStorage on this site for up to 30 minutes. These drafts help preserve your answers when changing pages or language. Clear your draft using the form or assistant controls. If browser storage is unavailable, answers remain only in the current page’s memory.

Sending your request

Preparing or reviewing a draft sends nothing. When you choose Send, your request is submitted through Formspree to dominick@wellsdevops.ca. This includes your contact details, request, consent, source domain, page, language and request reference. A confirmation appears only after Formspree acknowledges the request. Email links open your email application; you must review and send those messages yourself.
